Little issue

So I have to have a physical that includes a urine test for sports. I'm not sure if it's for drugs or alcohol but I drank like 1/8 cup of alcohol on Saturday night and the physical is Tuesday, tommorow. I know after 80 hours alcohol doesn't show up in urine but what should I do? I mean I can say I don't have to pee and pee Wednesday. If I fail it my life's gone basically. It was dumb of me. What should I do:what:

I understand that it isn't much, I may have none left, I just wanna be sure cus if there is any left, everything I worked towards is gone, ya know? What I did is wrong and stupid but still

Calm down, i'm like 99.9% sure nothing would show up. That amount of alcohol would dissolve almost immediately through your body and wouldn't show up in a urine test.
