Well I think it is a very broad category in what girls find attractive in males, and I doubt that any two girls can have the exactly the same instincts and feelings when looking for a partner etc.
However, for me, I love a nice guy that actually respects and treat not just girls, but everyone with dignity and respect.
It helps if he is nice looking too ;)
