The girl stands tall
But inside feels so small
Thoughts raced through her mind
Searching for something she'll never find

This girl feels so strong
but no one knows for how long
This girl stood very tall
But deep inside she knew she would fall

Somedays the girl felt mighty
On these days she was given strength for fighting
The girl felt so tall
And thought she'd never fall

But others brought pain
Tourturing images in her brain
This girl who had once felt so tall
Slowly and painfully began to fall

The girl fell and fell
Going through her own personal hell
No one on the outside would know
What the inside refused to show
The girl that stood very tall
Was nearing the end of her fall

A million tears at the sight of her dead
A life taken quickly with a bullet to the head
This girl who once stood tall
Had finally reached the end of her fall
