Dating a girl way younger but is mature?

So a friend introduced me to one of her friends.And this girl and i have been talking non stop we are pretty open alrdy she knows about my self harming and other stuff and she used to self harm to not my point.Anyway i am 15 and she is 13 is this wierd i dont find it to be neither does she.But do u think our parents could be mad or a problem with it.I want to ask her out on a date and i am not interested into anything sexual.Any thoughs and opinions guys.Any help would be great.

Well, this is still in the two year limit. As long as she is okay with it, I have no idea why you should not date her, if you both want to.

Shes 2 years and a half younger.And she likes me to and wants to go out.I just dont know what her parents or mine would think.And i didnt think i would like a girl so much younger.

It's not creepy, i mean when you're 25 she'll be 23 and that's not creepy. If you both enjoy the relationship and respect each other then go for it. you don't need the approval of a bunch of internet strangers you know!

Thanks for the advice guys and her parents seem cool with me so far.And i really like her she is almost perfect and doesnt get mad if i relapse or anything it crazy how much shes like me.Anyway thanks for the advice guys/gals.

As long as she is mature then it's alright.. I've been in relationships with older women (older than me by almost 5 years) and been in relationships with younger girls (youngest was 14 when I was 16) all of them went well and every one of those relationships I had were with mature women/young women and there wasn't a problem.. except the sexual side of things that can get risky so until she is legal be VERY careful and DON'T get caught.
