I don't think race really effects size. With any theories like "Black guys have huge cocks" or "Irish people are ALWAYS lucky" or "All Arabs are terrorists", I like to see with my own two eyes before I judge and decide on my opinion. I have seen a few black penises and to my surprise they have been small both soft and hard (I was bigger than all of them). I have seen an Asian penis and it was bigger than average by far, not sure on exact measurements but it was big. So from my personal experiences I feel that race doesn't effect penis size.

It is true that ON AVERAGE africans have bigger penises, and asians smaller.
But the only thing it means is that somewhat there are more well-endowed guys in the african population than in the asian.
But it doesn't mean that all africans are automatically bigger than 9 inches.
There are blacks who have it 4 inches and asians that have it 9 inches.
