So what does ur body do to rebuild itself if you only eat one time a day after doing a resistance training workout?

It depends what you're eating, but you should put more calories into your body if you're building muscle. Alternate bulking/cutting in order to get ripped :) If you don't get proper nutrition then your body does a slipshod job of repairing the muscle because it can't afford to properly build it up.

I think it's more in the content of the food. Obviously try to fit them into smaller meals so your body will ahve something to process for a longer period of time.
