Girls I need your opinion

I've been talking to a few girls recently that I didn't talk to before. We started talk in on Facebook and messaging each other and then we exchanged phone numbers and started texting and this went on for a week or so like texting all day and at night try would say text me tommorow. But then after like a week and a half I would be texting them and they would jut stop answering. Like they were active on Facebook and stuff. I didn't want to be annoying and like keep asking why they weren't answering and what not. But I didn't say anything to offend them it was just casual talk not sexual at all

Girls can you tell me why they would do that ? Or may have done that and for what reasoning? Am I doing something wrong? Like it was just a blow to my self esteem and Im already not good at talking to girls cause I'm shy. So any help would be appreciated !

They might just be running out of things to day, or the conversations are getting too repetitive and they don't feel like they're getting anywhere. Chin up though, I'm sure it's nothing personal.

That is a good point I never thought about that. To be honest at times idk what to talk about. And don't want to talk about sexual stuff cause then they would think I'm a creep( but that's not what I want to talk about, I'd only do that if they brought it up) its just sucks I guess lol
