Well, I'm 15 and turning 16 in September and I'm just wondering do all boys penis' grow to the average size (4 inch) or do some stay small but have the same advantages (being able to cum and stuff).

Everyone is different, some guys have there penis' grow when they start puberty, others may not get it till the end, no way to say.

Average means exactly that AVERAGE. If one boy has an 8" penis and another has a 4" penis, that means 8+4 = 12 divided by 2 (the amount of people) = 6" have you not learned this in school yet?

Averages mean NOTHING you have what you have, nothing more, nothing less

Not everyone is exactly at the average penis size. But it's rare for someone to have a penis larger than 8" or smaller than 4". However, you can't change your size so be happy with what youve got.

As said, everyone develops at different rates, at different times. Be happy with what you have at the moment, puberty goes into the 20's for some, so you still have time.
