Hello, first off I would like to say that I have been researching for years, and I seriously tired of hearing the "give it time" response. I feel I have waited long enough. I'm 18 already and soon going to be 19 in 2 weeks.

My penis as of now is 2.5 inches length, and 3inches thick (girth?) flaccid. When erect my penis is 4 inches long and 4inches thick. My testicles are 1.5-2inches in size (no scrotum the actual testicle) Okay now, let me provide a lot more info to explain why I am very concerned.

- I started Masturbating daily since age 10.

- I have facial hair, cheeks/jawline, lips, chin, but its all too light (peach fuzz) its not real facial hair, yes i shave it because it's embarrassing. Started growing pit hair at around 15 and as of now I have very little and like the rest of the facial hairs its light.

-I have a lot of pubic hair and it seems to be thick enough to be real.

-My voice did not really mature.

-I did grow around age 15-16 from 5"2 to 5"6

-I have been lifting weights for 1.5 years and have a lot of trouble gaining muscle despite how strong I am, for the way i look.

-I ejaculate a reasonably low amount of sperm and didn't begin to produce sperm till age 14.

-I weigh 180 and see other people who weigh the same as me and same height and are a lot skinner than me.

-I have a very pessimistic view of life and i am bi polar. I am never satisfied with anything and overall i am very serious person.

-I recently probably a year ago had started to drink a lot of caffeine due to my schedule. As of now, i am seriously cutting back.

-I literally still look like a big kid.

-My brothers and father's penis is at least 5-6 inches above, one of my brothers was a late bloomer(2nd) and the other and early ( the 1st son).

Okay, so there ya go as I can think on top of my head, I am really depressed with the issue because girls always liked me, but I never had the guts to have a girlfriend due to the small size of my penis.I'm guessing I have a very slow puberty but the other day I was on some random video chat site and some kid around 13-14 randomly showed me his penis, (yes i was like wtf) and he had a way bigger penis than me, this fucking angered me. The kid had no kind of facial hair or looked like he even began puberty. So seriously, wtf is wrong with me, do I have to much estrogen pherhaps? I seriously don't know, I wan't to go to a doctor but I don't have insurance, I am still willing to pay for some sort of test on my testorone levels because I'm really depressed as of now thinking about this situation that I lived with my whole life. I work, i am willing to pay for a doctor I dont care the cost, i just want to know what kind of doctor do i go to? or will a physical exam (which i never had) check for that kind of issue?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

the only thing I could suggest is to go to an MD thats a GP ( general practioner) see what he says may b he can give u a referal to someone that can help. not sure if a uroligist can check your hormone levels or not you could call and ask if they dont may b they could steer you in the right direction. hope this helps

Go to an endocrinologist. I mean it, if you want to know what is going on. No one else can give you a serious answer.

Wow, yeah man i know how you feel. My pens is way smaller compared to my 3 brothers and my dad. I'm like half their lengths and girths. They all have chest hair and I don't and I barely have any arm pit hair. Yeah, i can see why you're frustrated. I'm 18 too, btw. but, as the person before me said, i would say go to an endocrinologist or maybe a general practitioner. But, it's said that your penis doesn't stop growing until your early to min 20s. I don't know about the hair situation, but everything may still be growing. but, if it bothers you this much, as I'm sure it does, take a trip to the doctor and get yourself checked out.

Give it time.

1. Your penis won't stop growing completely until your early 20s so I won't say give it time, but you still have a bit of time. 2. Even if you don't grow more, it's really not a big deal dude. 4 inches is not a medical problem and your estrogen doesn't have anything to do with it. This is the way your body is, i'm sorry if it's not what you wanted but that's your body's decision not yours. You can have surgery and take pills to get it extended or go to a doctor to try the testosterone but it probably won't work. 3. You shouldn't be so sad or hopeless about this though. You can still easily pleasure a woman, or man if you so choose, with 4 inches. Many women actually prefer guys with under 6 inches because it's uncomfortable otherwise. I hope things work out.

There is still a possibility that your penis will grow more. But you are pretty old. It's possible that you will never be more than 4 in because although it's below average, it's not unheard of.

Wow... As said, you may grow more. You wont be the first person to be that 'small' and theres really nothing wrong with it. You can still pleasure either sex. Give yourself a little more time.

I had to do hormone treatments when I was younger. It did make my penis bigger, but I think it was to just jumpstart my puberty in general. My doctor did tell me however that if I wanted to do it there was a window of time that it had to be started within for it to be most effective if it's effective at all. I'm not a doctor or an expert, but just from personal experience it might be too late for hormone treatment. Also, the case has to be almost extreme for them to do that for you...from what you described the rest of your body is growing at a regular rate. Although it may seem like it...4 inches is not that small and the doctors will most likely tell you that.
As for depression and stuff, I went through a bit of that too. It's hard without insurance because of the price but you really need to see a specialist. They helped me a lot. Talking to some people on here helped me a lot too made some good friends. Message me if you need to talk or anything.
Keep your head up :)

As mentioned previously, you'll want to see an endocrinologist. Of course you'll need to see your general practitioner to get a referral (can't just walk into a specialist without one).

No. Go to your doctor. You could be paused in puberty or something. Doctors give testosterone shots that speed it up. So go see your doctor

Alright dude,

Based on what you have said, I would suggest going to your go and explain to him what you explained here. It is possible (not definite) that you may have a low testosterone level (or high oestrogen) which can be treated, like others have said, with hormone injections etc.
If that is the case, your gp can refer you to an endocrinologist for further treatment.

That said, it may be that you are a late grower in general. In which case you can't do anything about.
There is also a possibility that you are who you are- that's what makes all of us different. Once you accept yourself for who you are, you will feel much better... Although I fear with your bi-polar/ pessimistic side, this may e a larger hurdle for you to jump.

Before you do anything, or think anything, I would go see a doctor- they'll be able to help you further.
Also,
I'm 19, and studying anatomy, physiology and psychology at university. If you want a chat with someone your age, just message me. I'm happy to help :)

You may have a low level of testosterone. I'd suggest having it checked.
