Sweat a lot during PE ?

Do you sweat much during gym class? I might sweat some, but I swear a sweat more 10 minutes into the next class? IDK, just seems odd that after gym I'm not exerting myself and I sweat more 30 minutes later than I do during gym class. Gotta admit, I sweat a fair amount during gym tho.

Anyone else like this?

No, I barely even pay attention to what we are doing in gym so I usually don't really work out very much during it.

A good deodorant can stop that as well as a quick shower to cool your body down and don't forget to rehydrate.

thanks guys. it's weird, they dont give us a ton of time to shower, but i do sometimes and i'm still sweatier in my next class. it's warm in the locker room because of steam, so def not much of a cool down. idk, i just don't wanna stink or be the stinky kid. so far, i can tell i don't smell cuz of antipersperant/deod. it's more that my face that i'm concerned with even though my feet sweat some too, but i use clean socks after any sport.

they dont let us take showers at my school so we have to just stick with deoderant.... my class after gym is on the third floor so i have to walk up stairs after ive been sweating in gym. I know how you feel! I usually just fan myself with a folder for like 2 minutes.. nobody cares and it always helps! good luck

In gym I'm on autopilot, I don't notice how drenched I am until we are stripping down to shower and I have to peel my clothes and jockstrap off. After the shower, I'm fine, but if I did't shower I'd be so smelly and sweaty.

I always joke and say that I stop when I feel like I'm going to break a sweat. In reality though, most of the time I play hard in my gym class, because it's fun. Most of the time, unless we're playing something I don't enjoy. Plus I don't care too much if I sweat, because I'll be fine by the time I have my next class because I have lunch and then ASP right after gym.

I always put deodorant on before and after the gym class, and I use different socks and everything. And, if I feel particularly sweaty, I pat my face and neck to dry off and use cool water sometimes.

Same with me and I play football basketball and baseball so I really don't have a off season. But I think it is because I put my blood sweat and tear into every sport.

I used to sweat a lot but I don't sweat now because I have new bodyspray and stuff. :P Which made me happy.

we sweat alot (i swear to god they turn the heat on in the gym) but yeah we have plenty of shower time so I don't notice
