If it's not able to, that's a different matter than if it doesn't do it automatically. The latter is just how you're built; the former is OK too, but can be corrected if it bugs you.

Saying that you can't retract your foreskin when you're penis is flaccid (soft), this is a minor problem. As far as erections go, if it doesn't hurt and you can retract it manually, then it's fine!

erm... well my friend has had the experience of this and..... relli his penis cock grew then and then it did so basically am thinking that sometimes when this comes up that you cock will grow about another inch or so before doingit :P
