Yeah sounds like you're getting them from the clothes you wear. To tight or rubbing against your skin could do that. I get it sometimes with jeans, you could try wearing different materials but i dont suppose you'd find much else or just buy some that arn't to restricting. I wouldn't have thought it could be much else but try wearing looser clothing and see if that helps?

i kinda cant coz its my school ones that do it. guess i shall have to wait till they get too small.

If this continues to happen over a long period of time, will this do any damage?

Hmmm, sounds like stretch marks, but it could be what Nikki said, do they go away or the come and go?

Then Nikki is probably right, wear lose clothing or if you wear a belt, don't wear it so tight, then you should be fine

Try wearing a buffer between the trousers and your skin, like maybe put your boxers just a bit higher. It will be more uncomfortable at first but in the long run you will be much more comfortable and the marks won't be as visible.
I don't think it will cause any long term damage as long as they're not a tourniquet blocking blood flow to your legs.

Along with trying other clothing options coco butter lotion can help and also you can go to your local pharmacy and ask the pharmacist and they could possibly recommend a vitamin to help with your skin....
