Thats how it is for a lot of people. Most guys have a phase in puberty where they think boys are physically attractive. The reasons may differ from person to person but mostly people just want to see what they might look like after puberty. Obviously a majority of the adult male population is straight not gay. That means most people will grow out of this fascination. The only way to know for sure if you are gay is to wait and see if you still like men after a couple years.
