Yeah they get all sticky and sweaty when they're hot, like because of the hair it can get itchy ^^ They stick to the inside of my legs too, so I often have to put my hand down there and sort it out haha!
When they're cold though, they kinda go up a little bit and more round and hard :)

I hate it when they get all hot and sticky its such a nasty feeling and living where its hot as hell nearly all the time is not good for that. Coldness is different everything shrinks up and then you want to warm it up cause it feels weird cold.

Well I live in Florida so it's hot and humid all the time lol When it's really humid and I get sweaty they hang reallyyyy low but don't usually get sticky til I start to cool down/dry. When It's cold though omgg my balls literally go into my body. Like the sack is tight and empty. Looks like I have no balls at all lol :(

Thats the normal reaction. They hang lower when hot so they don't overheat from being too close to your body, and sweat is the body's natural was of cooling itself. When it's cold they draw in closer to get some of that body heat.
