Last Friday I was looking at my penis when I noticed I had a black bump on it and I think it's swolen. It is really really painful if I touch it and I don't know what to do.

No, there's no need to lock this.You don't know what else can be said that can be useful.

Though I'm recommending to anyone that thinks about posting if you're just going to say "go to the doctor" not to because I think enough people have established that he should.
