Is This Normal?

I know that during puberty you get spots on your face but i have also got them on my chest, shoulders and back i also have some tiny whity pinky lumbs on the inside of forskin (when its soft) is this normal?

If the spots you are talking about on your face is pimples or acne then ya it can spread to your sholders, back, and chest, but i don't know about the pinkish spots on ur foreskin. hope it helped

You can get pimples on your back, chest and shoulders. Have you checked to see if they were pimples? These could be developing hair follicles, like the ones you may find on the base of the shaft of your penis.

I'll do some more research.

Edit: are they really tiny spots? Like how big are they? (use millimeters if you have to)

It's probably acne on your face and shoulders and back but I don't know abot the pink bumps on your foreskin..

the size of the ones on my forskin r diffrent sizes the biggist is just over 1 mm bt most r under 1mm and they r close together bt if i look at it this is proberly normal but i can also see a vain if that helps at all

Are you sure it's on the inside of your foreskin or are they on the head of the penis?

I used to have some on the inside of my foreskin like 1 cm from the head and they were spread apart. They went away.

THey're called Fordyce's spots- I think. Its not harmful, or a std, and about 40 percent of guys in the US will have them. I have them as well, no fears. Sorry about the last reply, it was just a link to a MD site.

I don't think they're Fordyce's spots because they are on the inside of the foreskin (like he said), not on the penis shaft.

And Fordyce's spots don't typically go to the shoulders, back and chest. These are just probably blackheads or developing hairs.

Interesting.
The entire inside layer of my foreskin is pinkish red, and the tip of my foreskin used to be reddish when I was young, but I had never heard of spots.

I also have something similar if not the same as this, im not sure of it myself have u got little spots really close together at the top of ur penis only visible if u pull the skin back but not actualy on the head of the penis. thats what ive got but not on my back or chest,
