Air Canada order

Just wondering,

I think the pilots should keep there mouth shut because there getting brand new planes AND there getting the training for free.
If they really really want more money then they should wait till they've been trained then demand more it would give them allot more bargining power cause it would cost allot of money and down time to find and train replacement pilots.

The cost of living isn't changing for them from befor at all
There getting FREE training for brand new state of the art planes
If worst comes to worst they can leave air canada and go work for another company they'll be hired because they have the training and in a very short while they'll be ion demand
