Hi. I grew up as a Christian, and my family is very religious. Recently, ive tried out Satanism and the Occult, and I really like it. I've been trying to avoid church with my parents, and avoid it when i'm forced to prey with them to the Christian God. Avoiding Christianity hasn't been working so well. All of my friends talk about the Christian God, and the Son of thd Christian God, but I kno that if they found out I was a Satanist, they would never talk to me again. I've already performed the Evocation to Satan (Dedicating your Soul), and my sister walked in on me whild I was meditating, mumbling words with black and red candles. I do not want to be a evil person. I beleive that Satan is a happy, and mind enity. In public, ive preyed to Satan to help me cope sith my problems, and its worked. After studying demonology, ive been having some pretty intense lucid dreams where i just would do anything to wake up. After switching to satanism, ive had a feeling that makes me feel "Religously Unsafe". I do know that i have called upon Satan, and have been helped, but i still feel this way. Ive been feeling a emptyness in my stomach, ive bedn having intense headaches, and ive been forgetting things ever since my evocation to Satan. My friends and family think Satanism and black magic is nonsense. Upon reading the name of the Christian gods name, ivs felt harsh and angry. My face has been pale aswell. Any advice?

I've never dealt with anything like this before, so I don't really know what to tell you. I'm a christian, and I'm against satanism. But if you really want to get better, I'm here. Message me on here or email me or something. I'll do as much as I can to help you get better. Message me dude. Get better.

You don't have to tell your parents who you worship. It sucks to have to pray and hear about jesus when you don't want to, but admitting your religion may lead to some nasty consequences for you.
If you can, just tell them you no longer want to speak of religion. Not that you don't believe in it, but you would rather practice it alone.

Worship Satan, and don't tell your parents what you do.

if you don't want to worship satan, then all i can suggest is that you talk to a priest about this, mabye he can do something to wash away this feeling, if you want to worship satan, you are your own person, you can do as you wish, but since i gave you that advice, if you ever do anything stupid to harm others and it ends up on the news, i will feel it is my duty to take you down. :)

1) Satanists dont "Worship" Satan. We beleive that we should live a good life and di whatever we want, without "Stupidity" whitch is a satanic sin.
2) We dont eat babies. , one of the 11 satanic rules of earth is dont harm young children. Diabolical Satanists eat young children. Im a mixture betwen a LaVeyan and Thiestic satanist. Diabolical satanism is the "Traditional way".

I would like to start by asking if you know what your on about. im not a Satanist but i had a very close friend who was, its based upon the idea that God Wont make your choices for you, about independence, making your own choices in life etc.
It has nothing to do with dark rituals, the anti-Christ or even worshipping Satan, in fact its very similar to Atheism, please do your research before you make such a large life decision.
Now to the main problem on hand, about the headaches and stuff, personally i believe that your feeling that way because your expecting to feel like that, the mind is a Very strong thing.
Its like going to a party with fake alcohol, some people Will feel drunk because there expecting to.

Satan happy, yea happy that he is evil?? you are talking about tell your parents. but do you not realize you are endangering your family? what if you are doing whatever you do and a demon comes out of your portal to hell? Its gonna go and attack your christian family? I think tellign them IS the proper thing to do so they know what it going on in there home! And that their SOUL is in jeopardy!

lol. Just lol.
To the OP: don't listen to this zealot. I know how you feel, since I've been in that position before. I find it best to keep your religion to yourself; don't worry about telling your parents right now. Coming from an agnostic/weak atheist point of view, I would recommend keeping it to yourself. There's no real need to tell your parents. They have no say in your religious life, simply because religion is a highly personal thing and shouldn't be out on display. Now, I assume that you live in North America (so do correct me if I'm wrong), so you're going to get a LOT of flak simply because you're a Satanist. This is why it's better to keep it to yourself and not talk about it unless someone asks. Not the best way to approach it, but if you don't want to persecuted over your own personal beliefs, it's the only thing to do.

Their soul is not in jeopardy. If your a true Christian, the powers of Satan cannot touch you. God protects his children from Satan.
Back to the question...
I believe that it's your decision. But it sounds like if you tell them they would be ashamed and embarrassed of you, if you feel like its important that they know then tell them. But think about the outcome, if the outcome over weighs the positive aspects don't mention anything. Your probably getting headaches and more pale because of the spiritual aspect or because your physical body isn't doing well. When you say you get outraged when you hear about God it's probably because it's Satan telling you that God is bad and evil. Just saying, the powers of Satan are VERY powerful, and should not be messed with, even if your having "fun". In the bible it says that Satan is powerful and he should not be challenged. If you mess with any magic, just expect to be in an awful state of mind. But for the record, your family (if true committing Christians) is not in danger what so ever. It will be impossible for Satan to hurt or harm your family. A quote that I've always like is "Satan is Mighty, but God is Almighty."
Oh and if your family is Catholic, just be prepared for an exorcism. Seriously.

Actually you are wrong. You have to be like SERIOUSLY rooted int he word of God. Anyone can basically become victim to Satan.. This young man doesnt know what he is doing, praising such a vicious person. Im guesing he is pretty weak minded.

Man, you're making this worse and worse for Christianity. First off, Satan isn't a "person", he's an entity according to your religion (there's a difference). Secondly, what right have you to tell the OP that he "doesn't know what he's doing"? Are YOU living his life now?

Holy fuck. Shut the hell up. Stop listening to everything the church tells you, because they like to lie to you so you don't stray. If you see that Satanism isn't actually all that it's made up to be, you'd be that much more likely to wander, and then you're not under their control. So of course they'd say shit like that. There are more people than you'd think who actually value similar traits that Satan does without actually being a Satanist. Hate to break it to you, they don't dance around fires sacrificing babies and eating raw flesh or whatever you think it is.
Anyway.
The key to telling them is to fully explain it, focus on the most "honourable" parts and make sure the misconceptions are cleared up. I'd probably praise the things like the individualism of it and the never-ending effort of bettering yourself and becoming the person you want to be. Also be ready to explain why it's called Satanism, in the case of pure LaVeyan. I'm not sure what components you take from both types. Just try to make them as comfortable as possible. Then when you're done with your piece, ask them if they have any questions they'd like to get answered.
Some parents, I really wouldn't recommend it, but my parents didn't care as long as I wasn't getting into trouble and did what made me happy. It really depends how open-minded they are.
Feel free to talk, I've been into LaVeyan Satanism for quite a few years now, I'm actually currently practising paganism though but I still believe in the same ideals as I always have.

Sorry 6 out 10 of these posts (Figure of speech) all seem to be about how one should not worship satin and how the OP should seek help to purge his mind of him, how does this help the OP deal with the current issue, that he/she is facing?
Okay, one thing I would not tell them until you feel ready, yes its wise to tell them because they are religious and will keep dragging you with them until you tell them, and form what I here you want this to stop, I would say tell them your no longer wanting to involve yourself in said religion and that you want time to analyze the situation you are currently in with religion.
Hope this helps.

I mostly see where your comming from.
I am atheist but im leaning more to agnostic. Me and my best freind are both atheist. I was brought up catholic and go to a christan school. I havent told my parents but ive given away hints. Just maybe try and do that???? And dont worry about people critisising you on vt and in general. I see nothing wrong with being santist. Only christians think that the devil is bad but how the fuck do they know. But if you really think people are gonna go away from you, just say that your atheist like i am. That way they wont think your possesed or something like that lol. Hope this helped

Satanism is the belief that you should put yourself before others, and go through life with no reservations.
The occult is belief in and (sometimes) worship of the supernatural. Look up Aleister Crowley.
I find it hard to think of satanism and the occult as a religion. Also, isn't satan a part of christianity?
I don't know what I'm saying seeing as I'm an atheist.

I'm an atheist, but I'm HIGHLY superstitious and believe in signs like final destination stuff.
I was about to analyze this more and talk about it, but I recognized that the song my itunes shuffled to next was Highway to Hell. That one song, out of all 800 'n some of the songs in my itunes library, it shuffled to that one as I opened this page. Stop practicing or something bad is going to happen in your life.

I'm a catholic, i pray daily and i see things in my own way. The Bible is just a guideline on how you live, i can do whatever i feel like, God made us to sin, he never made us perfect or without wrongs. We're all imperfect and that's what makes us unique, our flaws.
If you're into satanism then do whatever you feel like, but remember, you don't have to tell them. Maybe it's just a stage, i don't know, never been there.
The Christian God is hard to understand, and the actual Triune (trinity) is a hard idea to grasp, but when it is, most don't let go. To me it makes perfect sense and i do what i feel, but i know the consequences of my actions.

A placebo (spelling?) Another example is when someone has the flu....you give them a glass of water telling them its this new medicine that will cure you, theyt drink it and BOOM they are fine! It sounds like that. Also, it seems like you dont want to do all that "I worship Satan" stuff...correct? It seems like you want to be a christian again, so i would suggest you do so, Reconciliation probably (thats if your Catholic like meeeee) but ya.
Im actualy kinda like you, i love all of that dark stuff, i bouthg a ouija board (its fake but still fun),, and i love horror and stuff. But ive never thought of 'converting'. Im very interested in your story, so PM for some more info, i would love to help!

I read somewhere on the internet that Satan does not tell us we have to tell our parents. If telling your parents might make you unsafe then you do not have to tell them. If you have any questions PM me.
