I was wondering if people's penis is longer after they masterbate cuz mine is 5 inches before masterbating (i know kinda small for the age of 17) and it is 5 1/2 inches after i masterbate.

Your penis may appear bigger because of the amount of blood in your penis after orgasm. I'm guessing it would take more blood to reach orgasm, or some other reason that would make the penis swell temporarily.

Tho no, it has been proven that jackin off doesn't alter your penis size (for the long run) in any way.

back to the priginal question. sometimes when i'm really horny my penis is slightly longer then normal during and after masturbation. but then the next time i masturbate, its back to the normal length.

The penis achieves its largest size just shortly prior to orgasm, from what I've read, especially in longer sessions. It also remains engorged with blood for a little while after ejaculation. This is entirely normal.
