Same way uncircumcised guys do, just without the foreskin. Some of us use lube too.

I'm uncircumcised and the way I masturbate is I use my foreskin to my advantage or I pull my foreskin back and use lube.

its the fist method, though it really doesnt work to well as with uncircumsized guys cause theres no foreskin and much less pre cum. not as satisfying

We do it the same exact way as you do...there is no difference at all except we don't have foreskin. Yes, it is true that lots of males who are cut lose sensitivity, but I'm not terribly bothered by it....after all, we're all males, so how would it be different?
