Just cant cope anymore...

I have been depressed for about three months now. And recently it has gotten worse, I've been on a med for it though. I dont want to tell my mom because she always freaks... Any help?

Unfortunately there isn't much that can be done except keep taking your meds.

You're a great person and always remember that. If you feel like shit, remember that we VT kids love you and don't give up no matter what. Maybe ask your doc for a higher dose of your medicine if it's getting worse.

Exactly how Alex put it, maybe fnd someone else to talk to about it, like someone at school, or if you feel like yours meds aren't doing what they should, talk to your doctor for a higher dose or a different type
