you just create a name for the member forum there and the description for it and also who else if anyone that you might want moderating the diary with you. Although at the moment it will be a while before your diary is made because of the pace of the diaries that are unfortunately deleted at a slow rate, so its all about patience after that bro.

With the quote thing I usually click the quote button, and copy and paste whatever is in the quick reply box and paste that into my signature so that it gives a little button which the person can click on to take them to said post.
