I am classified as straight but i did experiment with one of my guy friends and it wasn't enough to say that i am bi, but i guess i am afraid of the torture that follows turning from straight to bi? is this normal?

You are most likely curious, and yes it is very normal, many teens experience these feelings while going through puberty, sometimes the feeling stays or it goes. It is probably just hormones, only you can really determine your sexuality. But if it turns out that you are really Bisexual, don't worry about the torture of the transition from being straight, be proud of who you are, no matter what someone says. :D

I agree with the user above, I would say you are curious if anything. Check this (http://www.virtualteen.org/forums/showthread.php?t=125182) if you have any questions about your sexuality, that should help alot. But what tortures are you talking about?

Who cares if you are made fun of? Sure it will hurt at first and you may think about it later. But people who make fun of you, for you being who you truly are, are not worth your time. Society is a cruel thing sometimes, but if you be true to yourself and not change your lifestyle just for someone else, you will thank yourself in the end. :D

Yeah don't let the fear of what others say or think keep you from being yourself. That applies not only sexuality but life in general.

Don't worry about labeling, thats jsut something we use to limit ourselves or define our relationships. Being Gay or Bi has more to do with emotional attachment then sexual attraction.

before you even plan on being made fun of, you have to figure out if you're bi first. don't jump to conclusions; experimentation doesn't necessarily make you bi.

Its a human condition to be worried about what people think, but in reality people don't care what we do or how we look, we are just going about our lives.

I think torture is a very poor choice of words here, however, experimenting with a friend does not necessarily make you gay or bisexual. You could just be curious - it's very common among teenagers. When you're going through puberty all of your hormones are raging and this can cause you to do things you may have thought you would never do.

Pretty much this, you're probably just curious. It's natural. Doing a few things with your friend doesn't immediately make you bisexual.
