I don't know much to say, but do you have any close friends? If you do try and to hook up with them and stay over their house as much as possible or just to hang out for a few hours, whatever helps. I know exactly how you feel. With both my mums and dads family i don't belong anywhere and we are always arguing and fighting. Im sorry to say that there isn't much you can do with the exception of running away which i am not premoting what so ever, think about what you would do, what you would have ot leave behind, where would you go like you say.
Like Brandon said just spend as much time as you can out of the house or just away from them. If you have friends nearby go to theirs, go out for walks, stay in your room (the option i take). But until you're older you have to go by the decisions they make which i know, sucks, but we stupidly have no say in how our lives are run. Im sorry.

Just because she is Ill that doesn't give her the right to be horrible to you. Have you talked to your dad about it? If you get along with him that is.
