Hey,

I saw a thread similar to this, although it didn't quite describe my problem.

I have been finding it hard to breathe constantly for the past 3 days now, it feels like my rib cage has shrunk. It hurts to touch my chest (leaves me feeling unable to tke a breath) and in general I cannot achieve a full breathe in and it makes me feel panicky. But lately I have been struggling to catch my breathe even after talking to someone and it feels like I'm constantly using up more breath than I can take in. I also have some physical pains around my chest area (almost like its been pelted with stones). It's starting to worry me, my family hsve no breathing issues however I had (new-monia) when i was 2.

I have spoken to my mum about it but she thinks my body just needs to heal itself. Though, I haven't hurt and damaged it, nor have I suffered a cold recently...

Personally any time you are having trouble breathing I would suggest you go to the Emergency Room, it is just easier that way....

I'd say talk to a doctor if the problem persists. I hope you feel well soon.
