Under 18 year old guy (same age as me, 15 or 16) threatened to beat me when I went out of my home. He was waiting me idk why and he followed me and said that he will beat me. I went into a shop and waited here, he went in and later he went out and said he'll wait me there. I waited in til my dad came and talked with him. He is a psycho (in medical terms I mean a guy with mental problems) druggy guy, he isnt under the control of his parents. While waiting my dad took a photo to him, and it seemed he had one of those lil' blades (cutter or so), but not sure, it wasnt clear. He lives in the opposite building of where I live, we are neighbours, but I dont know him, never seen him.

Should I denounce him to police? But what if he goes mad if I do it?

It would probably be wise to report him to police and if you fear he will go mad or hurt you if you do then you should tell the police you fear for your life. They will make sure he isn't a danger to anyone, whether by putting him in jail or making sure he takes his meds. And they will protect you. You can also get a restraining order from a judge if he is following you and threatening you.

I'm pretty sure you can get the police to say a different-ish story of how they found out about what he was doing. Why don't you ask them if that's possible and if so, go for it because I wouldn't like to be in your situation, and I don't think you do either.
