Weird Question but....

Alright this is weird asking but I have red spots, tiny ones on my stomach and chest, is that acne/pimples? I hope its normal since I did not know you could get it there, face and back yes. >__<

I get them sometimes if I have been very active. I believe you can get acne anywhere if you get enough oil and bacteria.
