We know you're not here for attention, The best advice i could give you is when you look at yourself in the mirror take a few deep breaths, and then list off good and positive things you've done in the past and smile. If you feel the need to self harm, that just means you're not ready for recovery. And thats okay. We all had that happen, Go your own pace.
