After you've had braces and have your teeth sraight, have your dentist make you retainers that are clear and can be used as whitening trays and use the high quality stuff to whiten that they give you. 14 days and theyre blinding white.

I use Colgate whitening tooth paste and a whitening rinse thats crest I think and my teeth get crazy white if I use those twice a day, when I started using those my teeth had some stains or weren't as white as snow,, but they got that white in abt three weeks so in ever used the strips. My friends use the strips and their teeth look great

Just once a day =/
It's twice a day you're supposed to and anything more than that is a bonus, so defenitly start doing it twice.

I heard from my denist too not use whitening products, he said it would damage your teeth, just brush your teeth twice day and I believe crest has a toothpaste and mouth wash that help in whitening teeth

I just went to my dentist and she said that the toothpaste isnt good for your teeth because it can damage the enamel but that the strips and stuff you use are better or you can go to your dentist and get it done professionally....but yeah she told me to stay away from the toothpaste :/

I think its the toothpaste that has abrasive stuff to keep the teeth white that are more damaging for your teeth than the strips.
i use the crest strips and they do wonders.
I also tried the ones with the lights (UV lights???) but that was so much hassle and not to impressive in the results.
I think what product works best depends on the person and the cause of the stain.

there is tons of stuff on the internet, saw something bout lemon once... that is real stupid. there is also stuff about hydrogen peroxide, which is like harmful if swallowed but mmm i tried it and it works okay just tasted foul. You could also go old school and just use baking soda....

Twice a day I; 1. Gargle with crest whitening shit. 2. brush my teeth with crest whitening shit. 3. gargle and spit but don't wash out peroxide. Works like a charm...

I used Crest Whitestrips. for the best ones it cost only 65$, so not too expensive for what you get, and in a week there were huge differences. i definitely recommend it.

Brush with table salt. This kills the germs and keeps bad breath out. This works wonder. This is a grandma home remedy for sparkling white & healthy teeth.

You should try getting professional whitening if you can. Brushing twice a day, with toothpaste, will undoubtedly help. If not and you have to, use baking soda.
