well one day i was looking at my penis, daily checking. and i found a few bumps on it. they really small and not like a big bump u can feel it, when i rub the bump area i dont feel anything, its like goose bumps on my penis. why are ther those bumps on it?

These penis bumps are just hairs that are going to grow, and they're usually around the base of your dick. They can be skin colored or a little white, and usually look like pimples but don't get inflamed as easily.

They could be Fordyce's spots- I think. Its not harmful, or a std, and about 40 percent of guys in the US will have them. I have them as well, no fears.

Exactly. Good job! Fordyce's spots are just out-of-place sebaceous glands (sebaceous glands are near the hair follicles. They are painless, pale white or skin colored spots that usually appear on the penis shaft.

It's commonly mistaken for PPP and for STDs/STIs, but it's perfectly natural and there's only one way to get rid of them - laser surgery (altho you don't have to, because they don't do anything to you ;-))

the other thing that hasn't been mentioned is that it could be pimples. i've had 2 pimples on my dick before and they sound like the way you described the bumps.
