Hello!

For the past two nights, I made a bold move to sleep commando (freeballing) in athletic shorts. Overall, I feel the move was pretty successful. Unfortunately, I didn't get much sleep, as I was erect for most of the night. It was quite comfy, but I wish I could get more sleep while doing it.

Anyone else here sleep commando in athletic shorts? What are your feelings on it? Do you have any strategies to getting less aroused? Lastly, would you recommend that I continue doing it?

The only ways I can sleep is if I'm in only a pair of boxers or if I'm wearing only a pair of basketball shorts. I like to feel free and comfortable when sleeping. If you just stick with it, you won't get a boner after awhile. When most guys make the switch to going commando, I'd say most of them get boners a lot. It's new and you aren't really used to it yet.
