Evening all!
I have been self-harming for almost ten years now..I started when I was 8. To begin with it was jus scratches an a few burns, building slowly up to full scale gashes on my arms, an severe bruising, along with a couple of shattered bones. I no longer self-harm because I'm unhappy, I do it because it's like an addiction. It doesn't affect me emotionally anymore, an no-one knows I do it because I keep it hidden.
It's too late for me to stop completely but I have it under control. I want to help others who have only jus started, an support them in stopping before it's too late for them! If anybody would like to talk or needs support, message me, or leave a comment on here :)
