but do you wear a bra to bed? because most of my friends do, but i dont because when i do my boobs get really sore and sensitive. also i heard wearing one to bed increases risk of breast cancer...?

I do most days, I always go to bed in one but a lot of times its gone by morning. xD That breast cancer thing is not true, it doesn't make your boobs smaller either, most girls just think its uncomfortable.

I take that thing off loooonngg before I go to bed. The breast cancer thing is false, unless your bra is mad of carcinogenic materials and even then it's more likely to cause skin cancer than breast cancer.

do what you feel is right for you i personally dont but then i sleep naked sooo ya knoow but your body should breathe as you sweat and get hot during the day you might smell of bio by then end close to when u get into bed if you dont wear deordriant that day i wouldnt let your body breath it doesnt increase the chances of breat cancer no

I wear one only when I'm on a sleepover with friends. When i'm in my own bed, I don't.

It might be sore because of how restricting it is while you're lying down, especially if you move a lot in your sleep. It could twist one way while you're moving the other and that's just plain uncomfortable.

Also, wearing a bra at night can be really restrictive to how much your boobs grow, or so I've been told. A bra is used for support during the day but isn't really needed at night so it can be applying unneeded pressure on tissue that could be trying to grow and therefore can't. I mean, I'm not sure if this is factually accurate but I was told that a lot and it makes sense.

If I'm away an sleeping in dorm style accommodation, I find it easier to leave it on, so I don't have to fiddle around in the morning trying to put it back on! When I'm at home I always take it off. An the breast cancer thing isn't true, don't worry :)..SS.x

I'm so small I rarely wear one period much less to bed...usually when I'm out I wear a tanktop or something like that under my shirt...but definately nothing to bed

There's loads of rumours that get spread around about bras keeping your boobs perky, them causing cancer, and then there's some which say the exact opposite - but there's no truth in any of it.

Truth be told, either way is perfectly fine, and it all depends on what you prefer. I personally prefer to sleep naked as I prefer the feel of the covers on my skin, others may disagree.

The one thing that is true is that if you're wearing the wrong bra sleeping with it on and wearing it can over time influence the shape (not size) of your boobs, so as long as you're wearing a well fitting bra you should be fine :)

I usually just sleep in a long t-shirt and nothing else when I'm going to bed. Bras do nothing to help you or your health when you're asleep, so by all means get as comfortable as you can when you're going to bed.

I always wear a bra to bed. Every night. It seems that I'm the minority in this thread. xD I just can't stand the feeling of my boobs not being supported, and I hate the feeling of my shirt rubbing up against my nipples. >_<
