Not really. When I have a boner though, my dick is usually a little darker in color. I don't know if it's from the blood in your dick though when your hard.

I'm Italian so my skin is pretty white most of the time. My penis and balls are a tan/ medium brown color and are darker than the rest of my skin even when I'm tan. Its nothing to be worried about as this is how it is for most people. Porn isn't a good indicator because most of the guys with the big studios probably go tanning a ton. The best judge is showering at a public place like the local gym. I can tell you from experience that even among adults, very few have privates that aren't darker than the rest of their bodies.
