So I was reading taking a cold shower as multiple benefits how cold does the water have to be? How could I know it's cold enough to have the benefits without it getting painfully cold?

I have heard of that and the fact that cold showers help you get your skin harder. Some more advantages are that it helps relieve depression, strengthens Immunity, improved circulation, increases testosterone, Increases fertility. But the user above me is wrong because cold showers actually make a guy more horny that's why the testes hang outside they are ment to be kept cool.

I would love to hear your logic behind this, please, indulge me.... As a former Athletic trainer Assistant we used hydrotherapy to numb nerves and allow stretching to take place, reduce pain and inflammation....

Yet here in the Sports and Fitness part of the forum I don't think that is what he was insinuating....
