I noticed when I was in the shower that the left side of my penis is COVERED in hive looking dots. It slightly stings when under water, and quite honestly is freaking me out. I also have what appears to be an acne on my head, just around the ring.

I looked online, to no avail. I really don't want to talk to this about my dad. Any ideas? I am also a Virgin, so take any STD's out of your heads.

It could be some kind of rash or irritation, possibly jock itch. If you don't want to talk to your dad about it, tell him that you need to make a doctors appointment and it's something personal because that doesn't sound too normal to me.

I know you said that you're a virgin but its possible to be born with STD's if one of your parents had it when you were born. You never know. Just tell your parents that you want to see a doctor for personal reasons and your doc should know whats going on.

Actually, as it turns out, I do have Herpies!
I have 2 predictions as to how I got it:
1) My mom has it, and we may have shared a towel that never got cleaned
2) I actually did have Oral Sex before. This was over a year ago, though, and I never showed any of the symptoms.

well, I may be wrong, but I remember being told in AIDS Ed that it can also just be genetic and that it flares (meaning you don't show symptoms until it becomes active). So, it could really be from either of your speculations. Plus, you might want to talk to the person you had oral sex with because you could have passed it on to them and you were not aware of it.

Yeah, apparently, what my doctor thinks happened is since I am positive for Mouth Herpes, which causes cold sores, I was touching a cold sore then thouched my penis. The girl was negative for all STD's
