First off, is WebMD a trusted and accurate source?

Second, is this article true and accurate?

Personally I do not use WebMD myself, I would prefer the National Library of Medicine (http://www.nlm.nih.gov/) or MedLinePlus (http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/)....

I use these because I know for sure they are reliable, I use them for all my medical classes....

Second, is this article true and accurate?

I would not use it, I do not think so, i didn't find any copywriter dates or anything else that I would use to validate the articles....

After further investigation of the article entitled "How To Become Superhuman Super Fast" it was not compiled by registered, degreed or certified directions....they have no relevance to the topic.

The article is a piece written to try and influence the minds of the powerful to make themselves more influential and more powerful, it is just a bunch of bull in my honest opinion....I wouldn't do it.
