Considering the picture is a baby. i'm thinking the title of "Touch-Up" is a bit inappropriate. Thats not what I intended (just to point out) But imma use it anyway.
Basically I got bored and decided to edit a picture of a baby with chicken pox (got it off google when looking for "person with spots" not looking for pictures of babies :p but i decided to use it anyway, its not great, just the product of my boredom

After

Changes:
Hopefully you can tell i removed the chicken pox (at least the ones i saw, might have missed a couple of smaller ones)
small skin touch up under the eyes and above the top lip where there was quite a bit of redness
removed a crease in the neck and added a slightly darker blue tone to the eyes. Its quite hard to tell but if you look closely you can see its there. I didn't want to make it too dominant or obvious because it makes it look ridiculously unrealistic
