Just shifting through these forums, you see people saying they have abs and pecs etc.
They post a pic and personally I just see a fat person.
What do you count as abs?
Do you see any lump in the stomach as being an ab or do you believe at least a 2-4 pack is proper abs?

It made me laugh when I saw some guy saying how he had girls saying they liked his pecs and abs when a picture showed he had neither.

I count "having abs" (we all have them!... smartassedness aside) as actually having stronger abdominals as a result of working them. Their visibility doesn't really matter.

I'm decently physically fit - my muscles have definition to them from exercise, I have lower than average blood pressure which is generally seen as good, I don't run out of energy from just doing moderate physical activity, etc. Even though my muscles are defined, my abs are the only ones that aren't. My body fat percentage is pretty low - unlucky for me, that small percentage of fat that I have is mostly centralized around where your abs are (thanks a lot, grandpa!). So basically, I'm all pecs no abs.

So basically, by my standards, it's not all about you see - it's about what's there.
