Is it considered masturbation if you jack off but don't cum?
I am trying to go for a longer period without masturbating, and I was sooooo horny today that I just had to jack off, so I lubed up and decided to fap, but did not cum on purpose, so I wouldn't have an orgasm and be tempted to jack off more. I was wondering at what point it is considered masturbation.

Yes I did jack off quite a bit, (bout 1-2 times a day) I felt like it was a routine, and I just felt that It would be right to stop, I've gotten down to about 1-2 times a week, but sometimes I find myself watching porn, or foneling myself, and was wondering what I should think about it.
