Uh, ok first of all, you're 13. I'm going to assume your girlfriend is 13 too and say that you might want to wait a little bit before having sex if that's what you mean. I know it's annoying because you're hormonal, but seriously, at least for girls you have to be able to emotionally cope with it.
Now that that's out of the way, she's HOPEFULLY got nothing to compare your dick to, and chances are she won't care if she's already willing to do stuff with you.
finally, have you told her that you're cut? If she finds out you lied to her she'll probably be upset.

I would say that the trend is becoming less and less common for boys to be circumcised.

For women in their 40's and 50's yes, they might be taken aback by an uncircumcised penis. But a girl in her teens or 20's these days, I would find that strange if she had a problem with it.

And before anyone starts whining, no, of course I'm not implying at all that you would be sleeping with anyone that old.

If you guys are comfortable with each other, you should be OK. If she asks dont lie and say you're circumcised, that will make it worse. If she doesnt like it shes not worth wasting your penis on.
Also, you should probably wait before doing anything any way. Just be safe.

why wouldn't she want to do stuff because you aren't circumcised? most girls say they prefer uncircumcised.. but when erect, it doesn't make much difference anyway

From my personal experience I've never had a problem with girls being uncut, really she shouldn't be bothered and if she is, she's not worth it.
