Thats normal when its starting up. You cant produce full semen yet so you get pre-ejaculatory fluid, the clear stuff. Everyone tries it once I think. I dont know what to say about black dots other than clearing out the urethra.

It is possible that, if your uncut (have skin around the red part at the top of your penis) could be concealing some fluff, that could've gotten caught in there from your clothes, which could explain the black dots, if your sure that it's not fluff then you should look it up. i did a little research on the black dots. they are old blood. when blood gets old it turns brownish or black id say its normal. but u should still getbit checked out incase.
