Recently i started suffering harshly from depression, when i think of the next day i feel queesy but abit happy, i am tired always no matter how much sleep i get and im ALways stressed but i know when i come to school i dont have to have a fake smile...usually, because my teacher knows im well "sad" but im just seriously depressed its killing me and yesterday i searched most painless ways to commit suicide, and for the best ones (hanging, drowning and suffocating) i am a coward oh please help! I need someone just to talk to i am scared of killing myself so no one worry about me doing that but i am suffering deeply D:

Suicide doesn't solve anything, especially for people you care about, think about who it will affect most importantly. Find some kind of hobby or maybe get a job make some friends there. Fill your life with activities to keep you occupied and your mind off of being depressed.

I'll take it that your going through like a tough time at school. It'll get better, jsut ignore people, kids are freakin mean though. On top of basketball, pick up another extracirricular outside of school perhaps, being busy solves sooo many things and opens you up to so much more. I regret all the time quitting tae kwon do and competitive swimming cuz it kept me sooo damn athletic and took up so much time i didnt really have to worry about finding something to do.

Keep your head up and find something, it'll work out.
