There is nothing I'd like more right now than to sit down and smoke 6 bowls. I have really stopped using drugs and I've stuck to my word. But I honestly cannot think of anything else in the entire world that I would like more than that right now. Feeling a little frantic, a bit anxious, and I really just want to sit down and smoke some really good bud. The urges and temptations are just getting worse as time goes on, and I feel like I need it right now.

You need to relax a little, I know its going to be difficult when you want nothing more than to get high but is it really worth losing all the progress you've made? Relapses are a part of recovery, don't feel bad for it its just how some things go, the most important thing though is you keep strong. Is there anyone you can confide in that could give you some help with it? Asking for help isn't a sign of weakness nor should it be something to be ashamed of, it shows how dedicated to getting better you are and thats one of the strongest things I think you can do when you're battling something like this. Its not going to get better instantly, I know some guys still struggling after years of being clean. You've done really well Mikey, if you need to talk you know where I am and you've got other people as well i'm sure.

Take it easy, don't stress yourself because then you cause yourself to be anxious. It's easy to stop a habit physically but mentally that's a challenge. Your ganna learn self control do its going to benefit you. I used to love fighting everyday with whoever, who ever looked at me dirty would get punched in the face. I saw what was causing me to act that way so I seperated myself from those and whatever was influencing, I suggest you see what is the cause of you thinking like that and seperate yourself from that situation. Good luck mike :)

Hey Mikey,
You've come so far, and I'm quite proud of you. I know you're going through a rough time, but like Aaron said, this is a normal part of breaking an addiction. You have nothing to be ashamed of, your mental fortitude is really quite remarkable. I'm glad you've found some ways to distract yourself at least a little tonight. You always know where to find me, too. I'm online way too often.
Keep it up, buddy.

Aaron, thank you for the talk you gave me earlier. It really helped me to calm down a bit, I appreciate it more than you know. Thanks for the kind words as well, they really do mean a lot to me.

Sean, you support me in everything that I do and I really appreciate it. Thanks for the talk we had before, it also helped me to calm down a little bit.

I'm not sure how I'll feel about this in the morning and during the day tomorrow because the urges have been getting progressively worse over the past two or three days.

Hey, Mike.
I am not really great at this.. so let me try.
You've came so far in your cleaning up, then one little rough spot, why take it down? I feel like you would be very upset if you did that. You know, and in fact, told me that rough times blow over. I hope your rough time blows over, and I hope you feel better.
Talk to you later, bud.

Remember dude, you are in control and not drugs and you can be better without them. But one thing is true, in giving up an addiction it mightnt be easy and there could be times you fail, but each time you try you get a little bit better at it and you can and will overcome it!

I mean it's really about how you feel about it. If you feel like you can handle smoking one time and not getting into the habit again, then go ahead. But if you're having second thoughts about it, just don't do it! ;)

Well I guess it's not such an OP request since I happen to be the OP...
