She never replied to me but looks at me in school all day and we always talk about personal stuff. And her friend doesnt like me so that just about narrows it down.:(

Ask her why she didn't respond. If you can't communicate, there's no point in pursuing a relationship.

If her friend doesn't like you she's probably wanting you to stay away from her friend because she feels threatened like if you start dating/hanging out with her that her friendship will drift from the one you like. Nothing to worry about, ignore her friend, unless you get for sure confirmation that she doesn't want to talk to you.
