So it's been three weeks since my last cut and everything seems to be slipping out from under me once again. I can't help but want to go back to what helps me can I? I know I should try but it just takes everything away for the moments....
I want to talk to the person that knows about this but she doesn't want to hear it anymore because i might "drag her down" with me. and she doesn't want to be in the hole that i am in. What do i do?

3 weeks is amazing, you should be so proud of yourself! It will be hard but you just have to try and prevent the urges as much as you can do things to take your mind off it go for a walk, draw or take photo's, do things you enjoy, surround yourself by people so you wont be able to cut. You don't need to, you have come this far, just look towards the future and how much better everything will be without the urge to cut holding you back.
I totally know the feeling of dragging others down with you, it feels horrible but you have to talk to someone. Just get it out anouther friend, a parent, a councellor just find someone that you can tell everything to.

It's so hard. I mean how do people expect you to be happy all the time! all of my friends that know always seem to have "bigger" issues when i want to talk about my problems. i know that is selfish, but sometimes i get sick of having to be the listener all the time. Why can't they sit down and listen to me for once even if it is depressing for them. I listen to all of their issues and if i don't they bitch about me being pissy and not caring about them.

People shouldn't expect you to be happy all the time, its stupid if they do. Even extreamly posotive people have their down moments. I know, you just have to be patient maybe friends arn't the best idea could you find a councellor or even an annonymous website where you can just let everything out. But maybe try talking to your friends if you feel you are listening to them and they arn't helping you.
People on VT are willing to listen if you want to talk, i honestly don't mind helping in any way i can.

I have tried the counselors and they just piss me off because they start talking about something irrelevant. VT is helping alot, thanks by the way.
