so i'm 19 and still having wet dreams. I'm guessing it is because i don't masturbate, personal choice. but i have trained myself to when I am going to ejaculate from a wet dream, i wake up and hold it in. I'm not quite sure if that is a good thing to do or not. just wanted yalls input. i'm not a fan of the whole clean up. gracias and sorry i guess this would go with any ejaculation...not just wet dreams.

ive had one wet dream in my life that i can remember and i actually did it right in my underwear i just couldnt hold it in. it was kind of a pain cuz i had to change my underwear in the middle of the night but i think trying to force yourself to hold it in might be uncomfortable. wet dreams are normal so i think you might as well just let it all out. i mean it still feels great

I'm pretty sure wet dreams can happen at like any age, it's like just a build up of all the old unused stuff. Holding it in seems crazy though, like training yourself to wake up when the feeling hits and like still holding it in is insaneee, props on that :p lol. Like "Padfoot7" said, let it out man it feels amazinggg.

There's no medical benefit or harm from "holding in" or releasing an ejaculation. The fluids just return to the body tissues from where they came from. There is some benefit to having orgasms, though, and there is some evidence to suggest that not masturbating puts you at a higher risk for prostate cancer.

Yes, its from not masturbating. Holding it in can cause serious medical problems though. The semen can make it back into the bladder causing infections. When you do go to sleep, put some tissues next to you and when you are ejaculating simply put the tissues over the head.

Just my opinion, but I don't think its good to try and prevent something that your body does naturally, because your body obviously does it for a reason. Personally I think masturbation makes more sense because at least you can control it and prevent it from happening when you're sleeping. Both masturbation and wet dreams are natural though, so I don't think there's much you can do to safely prevent ejaculation.

Haha, I thought I was the only one who doesn't masturbate! Yeah, I just go to sleep with a tissue on my penis while I sleep. You should try doing that.
I have wet dreams a lot, and luckily, I never had an orgasm during one. (I don't masturbate because I'm afraid of having an orgasm)
