i need basically a fitness program for beginners. i want to tone my body. i’ve heard that a good exercise is one where you hold out your arms and move them in circles. that kind of thing. i just need something laid out for me to follow and i’ll do it. i just don’t know what to do or where to begin?
While searching net i got these this from daily fitness (http://www.dailyfitnesstips4u.com) site. But don’t know are they really good?
A good fitness program consists of the followings:
1. Cardio exercise – choose a cardio (running, swimming, walking, biking, jumping rope…….etc) you enjoy doing and do it 3-4 times per week, for 20-30 mins each. The cardio burns off body fat, strengthens your heart to keep it in good shape. It also expands your lung capacity so you’re able to take in more oxygen into your body
2. Toning exercise/strength training – it helps you build muscles and burns off body fat even more efficiently since muscles are metabolically active, so they burn more fat. Do 3-4 times per week, for 10-20 mins each
3. Stretching – it helps to increase your flexibility and maintains your muscles in nimble and flexible state so that you move efficiently and you’ve lower risk of injuries. Stretch for 3 times per week for about 10-15 mins each
4. Eat healthy, nutritious diet, to maintain good health and keep excess weight off

I punch stuff, to put it frankly. I'm one of those kids who is kinda violent, so I kill my punching bag for a half hour, do 40 pull ups/ chin ups, 200 sit ups and 100 push ups daily. Diet is the most important part, and thats why fitness is so tough. Good luck, my friend!

Really the most important thing is to do cardio, start a few times a week and try to work up to doing it daily, and for longer durations. if you improve your cardiovascular health after just a few weeks you will start feeling great in everything you do, and can really start benefiting from strength training/lifting.
Try jogging, even if you've never run, it is hard but stick with it and I promise it will become natural.
The other crucial things are a healthy diet and proper rest/recover after you work out.

Honestly, there is no perfect plan that is already made for you. Sure, you may find some on the web, but it's up to you and your body to decide what's working and what isn't. You don't have to waste money on exercising either. Do what you want to do.
Cardio, go walking every other morning for as long as you can take it. Do push-ups, planks, squats, pull-up, jogging, jump rope, swimming, sports, anything. Chose what you like and make your own routine out of it (make sure to include both strength and cardio).
Number four, diet, is the most important thing on the list. With a shitty diet, you'll struggle to lose weight and get fit. Eat more healthy meats and fats, more veggies, less fruits, and less carbs. Drink enough water. Try to only eat fast-food or fried food occasionally. Look up recipes online, write them in a journal with any of your own changes, and make your own meal plan. I'm a weirdo, so I find organizing my meals fun. <.<
Anyways, don't make this harder than it needs to be. You should always push yourself, but know your limits. Take a day off once a week to rest. Get good sleep, or exercising won't matter much.
I kind of went into a wall of text, so sorry about that. But yes, those four steps are okay, haha. They just aren't all you need to become healthier.

If you have a gym membership to a place that has a pool. Swimming with boost your cardio like there is no other just make sure you do something not too crazy like do a mile a day. Eat right yes like everyone says. If your going for tone, do less weight with more reps, that's what I did after strength training for two months at my gym.

If you want to tone your body then cardio (a mix of fast paced and slow paced cardio exercises) will do the trick. Eat healthy, eat alot of fruit (bananas, apples, pears, oranges, mangos, tomatoes etc) and eat some vegetables (lettuce, potatoes, carrots etc). Drink mainly water and some fruit juice (not too much, contains alot of sugar, but your blood and body does need sugar, so drink a few glasses a day). Do exercises like sit ups, chin ups, push ups and crunches to work your core and your chest/arms. If you want to gain muscle then you need to do something different. If you want to gain muscle I can go into depth with how to gain a fair bit of muscle and get the most from your workouts.

since i want to get bigger i do a 2 day split with 2 days rest a week, so one day will be all upper body then the second will be all lower body, how ever i make sure to do as many different exercises each time. so day one ill do the work outs and then the next time i do day one again ill go different workout of each muscle group, does that make sense? hope that helped
