I know this might sound wierd but... Me and my dad are fine seeing eachother naked, but since puberty, I've been afraid to show my stuff so I keep shaving down there and cover my penus and balls with a sock... Any help?:whoops:

In my opinion just let it grow. He would have all the hair Im assuming and just remember that all adults have been through Puberty. They know what it is and know that you will go through the same :) You have no reason to be needing to hide it as long it is a common practise.

First, your dad is probably aware enough to figure out that you're shaving down there, so I don't think you're fooling him, unless you've kept everything out of his view.

Secondly, it's an extremely normal feeling at that point in your life. Pubescent boys and girls are more self-conscious about their bodies than at any other age, on average.

Lastly, you started by saying your dad and yourself are fine seeing each other naked. Well that may have been the case, but it doesn't seem like it is anymore. Just avoid changing in front of him. Changing privately is more common, really for these reasons exactly.

He is your dad. Its okay for him to see you like that. If you don't want him to see you then change privately. Its normal don't worry

Actually, I never meant we were changing but also going around the house naked, mainly in summer and heat waves

Just keep your boxers on. To me it seems a little weird to wear a sock around the house if you used to just be naked. Boxers or underwear wouldn't be unusual though.

I know it's a bit awkward to let your dad see you naked when your body is going through these changes, but I think you should just let him see. You said that you guys just walk around naked so you can cool down. If that's the case it seems weird to cover your sick and stuff with a sock. Just remember that your dad went through puberty and would never make fun of you for how you look.
