Every current post that has your signature will be replaced. Deleting all your attachments will cause them not to be downloaded anywhere.

Every change you make to your profile gets applied to all your posts. So if you look back on a thread that Ant posted in when he wasn't a mod, you'll still see his 'mod' face.
2. If I delete my attachments will it delete it from my threads to?

No
